This tool cleans and reconstructs voices captured in poor conditions — noise, reverberation, missing highs — to make them clear and understandable. The goal is INTELLIGIBILITY (generative reconstruction, assumed), not forensic use.

FAQ
Can it be used as legal evidence?
No. The reconstruction is generative: it targets understanding, not evidentiary value. A reconstructed voice is not admissible.
